The Universe Declares the Existence of God
David and Paul teach us that we may perceive God’s existence from God’s universe. This lesson will provide some evidence from creation that a believer may use to defend one’s faith and refute atheism.

Where does this innate sense of right and wrong originate? The answer? God! Without God moral values are subjection opinions. God is the only answer to the question of their origin. We will seek to prove this claim in this message.
On Memorial Day we honor the 1.1 million men and women who gave their lives fighting for our country. We, as Christians, need to also honor the 70 million who gave their lives for our faith. One of the Church fathers, Tertullian, wrote “The seed of the kingdom of God is the blood of its martyrs” The blood of its martyrs is also living proof that Jesus was raised from the dead. We will look closer at this proof in this message.
Christians are at war. We are facing battles every day against evil forces. Paul said so. We face the enemy of worldly values and a corrupt culture that seeks to take us captive. Join me in the battle plan to be victorious over the enemy’s leader – Satan.
Mary, the mother of Jesus, presents a model of motherhood. Her strengths and weaknesses will inspire and comfort mothers today as they struggle to become the best they can be.
Lingering convictions from previous religious beliefs may cause conscience issues when one embraces Christianity and cause conflicts and criticism among believers. Paul gives his inspired guidance in these matters.
“Don’t judge me” is an often repeated response when someone points out behavior that is questionable based upon biblical teaching. However, we must admit many cross the line and act as a judge regarding matters of opinion. We will explore the biblical teaching regarding judging in this message.
Paul urges Christians to give their lives totally to the Lord just as an Israelite humbly presented his offering to the priest for his sins. What was to this offerer a momentary act of worship, ours becomes a daily act of sacrificial worship. What was demanded of that offerer is no less demanded for our spiritual sacrifice. He had to offer the best without any defect to be accepted. In our daily walk we too must offer our best. This is our spiritual worship – daily. We will explore this in detail.
The word “Blessed” in Hebrew and Greek suggests a state of delight. The words are often translated “happy.” The first word in Psalm one is “blessed.” The inspired writer points out that God considers one blessed because of the things one does and what one does not do. We will explore this fact in this lesson and learn how we can be considered blessed by our Lord.
The book of Philemon was no doubt included in the New Testament to teach us how to persuade others to do the right thing. Paul delicately appeals to Philemon’s Christian character to take back his run away slave as a brother in Christ. We will explore Paul’s gentle approach so that we too may incorporate these insights in our efforts to assist others to do the right thing.
